​May 27th: Normal Gross/Net Day

• ​ What to expect: This will be a standard gross and net play day.

• ​ New Members: We are hoping our new members will have completed at least three rounds by this date to officially establish their handicaps! If not, keep golfing.

​June 3rd: Texas Shamble Tournament       PLEASE REGISTER ASAP

• ​ The Format: Please grab a partner! Your twosome will be paired with another twosome to form a four-person team. All four players tee off and select the best drive. From that spot, everyone hits their own second shot and plays their own ball until it's holed out.

• ​ Scoring: The team score for each hole will be the lowest individual score among the four players. Team results will be calculated using averaged handicaps.

• ​ Registration: To help us organize the foursomes, we need just one person from each twosome to sign up. It takes a couple of days to finalize pairings and tee times, so please register early!

​June 10th: No League Play (Kiwanis Tournament) 

• ​The Kiwanis tournament will take most of the tee times throughout the day, so we will not have league play. Enjoy a fun day golfing at Sleepy Ridge or another local course!

​July 1st: Looking Ahead to our Patriotic Scramble & Luncheon 

• ​ Time: We will have a shotgun start at approximately 8:00 AM.

• ​ Festivities: Get creative! We will be judging the best patriotic costumes and cart decorations. A wonderful league luncheon will follow the round.

• ​ Note: We hope everyone can make it! For those of you who normally play in the afternoon, we would love for you to get the morning off work to come join the fun.

• ​New Members: A reminder, new members, please complete at least three rounds of golf to establish your official league handicap. If you do not have 3 rounds yet, no worries, keep golfing!

GENERAL LEAGUE INFORMATION

ATTENTION: ONE SCORECARD & TEE BOX RULE

Please write all player's names and record scores on ONE scorecard from now on

• Identification: Legibly write your FIRST and LAST name, then SIGN and DATE the card.

• Tee Box: Write what tee box each player used

If you were a member last year, see the 2025 Year-End Handicap List posted on our bulletin board in the clubhouse 

• • The handicap list shows an 18-hole handicap 

  • Handicap 0 - 10.9 play from the WHITE Tees

  • Handicap 11 - 20.9 play from the GOLD Tees

  • Handicap 21+ and higher play from the RED Tees

  • Members who are 65 years old+ may golf from the RED Tees

  • New members, please check with Keilani in the Clubhouse to determine what tees you should use based on your previous experience

• If the Pro Shop is closed, go to the North doors where the golf carts are parked, and slide your scorecard through the vertical space between the doors by the lock (SEE THE PHOTO BELOW)

• If the sand traps are not raked: You may pick up your golf ball and rake the spot, then replace the ball

• Put sand in all your divots as you play

• Use the bottles of sand on your cart

New Member Dues: $45 (Yearly)

Returning Member Dues: $40 (Yearly)

Weekly League Fee: $32 (Includes 9-hole green fee, cart, and $6 game buy-in)

Make a tee time one week in advance
If you cannot log in to make a tee time, you can call to make one with the Pro Shop
New tee times appear at midnight, 7 days in advance (Wednesday at 12:00 am, one week before)
To book a Ladies' League Morning Tee Time (8:30 am - 10:00 am), click  Women's League Players  
To Book a Public Early Morning or Afternoon Tee Time, click  I Agree - Book Now  
Choose an 18 hole Tee Time to play the front 9 (It's ok if you just play 9)
You can schedule for 1 player to 2, 3, or 4 players  - You can book for 4 players and use our GroupMe
If you need to cancel, please do so at least 1 day in advance

Max Score Rule

When you reach these Max Scores, pick up your golf ball and move on to the next hole

 Mark your score and add an  X  over your score 

• Par 5 = Double Par Score 10

• Par 4 = Double Par Score 8

• Par 3 = Double Par Score 6

Birdie Tree Game

While a traditional Birdie Tree Game only counts birdies, we are expanding the fun to include Pars, Eagles, and Holes-in-One. 

There will be cash prizes for the Birdie Tree winners in each flight at the end of the season
